1. Current implementation
The site code sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use localStorage. It uses sessionStorage only for the technical flag oz_intro_seen_v2 (value 1): this remembers that the welcome animation has already appeared in the current tab, so later transitions can be shorter. It contains no personal information and is not sent to the server. It is removed when the tab session ends and can be cleared in the browser. If this storage is blocked, the website still works and the welcome animation may appear again. Filters, visual preferences and budget examples operate in memory while the page is open.
Language selection links to separate pages. Images and fonts are served locally. There are no embedded maps, social pixels, external players or reCAPTCHA.
2. Technical services
Netlify delivers the website and processes form enquiries if reception is enabled in hosting. It may process technical information for security, delivery and spam prevention. These activities are described in the privacy policy and provider information.
The current configuration does not include advertising or analytics purposes requiring prior consent, so it does not display an acceptance panel for them. If they are added later, this information must be updated and loading blocked until appropriate consent is obtained.
3. Visitor choices
You can control cookies and storage through browser settings. External sites open only when you choose their links and have their own rules. Calculating or selecting a service does not send an enquiry; you must choose to submit the form or send an email.
