Consumer rights

Information for individual clients acting outside their trade or profession.

Updated: 22 October 2026

1. Before contracting

Before accepting an appointment or assignment, the provider’s identity, service characteristics, total price or calculation method, extras, location, performance and cancellation terms must be clear. An enquiry through this website creates no contract or payment obligation.

Being an individual does not always make an assignment a consumer contract: what matters is whether you act outside your trade or profession.

2. Distance-contract withdrawal

Where a service contract is concluded at a distance or off premises and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you normally have 14 calendar days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. For services, the period does not begin when the appointment ends.

Before the deadline, send an unambiguous statement by email to onedownenough@hotmail.com or in writing to Oasis Zen SL, Calle Emilio Ortuño 5, 2º, 2, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante, Spain. No particular model is compulsory. Keep evidence of sending.

Optional model

To Oasis Zen SL:
I withdraw from the contract for [service].
Contract date and reference: […].
Consumer name and address: […].
Date: […].
Signature: only if submitted on paper.

3. Early start and full performance

If you want a service to start during that period, a separate express request is obtained, independently of the privacy checkbox. If you then withdraw after a validly requested start, a proportionate amount for work already provided may be payable when the legal conditions are met.

The right may be lost after full performance of a paid service only with the prior express consent and acknowledgement required by law. Visiting the website, choosing a date or sending an enquiry does not imply a waiver.

4. Refunds and non-conforming service

Following valid withdrawal, refundable amounts are returned without undue delay and generally within 14 calendar days of notification, by the same payment method unless another valid arrangement is agreed. Any lawfully payable proportion for services already provided is taken into account.

If a service does not match the agreement, statutory rights remain, which may include correction, a price reduction or other applicable remedies depending on the circumstances. Statements about wear or outcome variation do not remove those rights.

5. Complaints and resolution

Contact onedownenough@hotmail.com first with what happened and the remedy requested. You may request applicable official complaint forms and consult Generalitat Valenciana consumer services or the relevant municipal office. Membership of a particular arbitration scheme is not claimed.

Public information: Generalitat Valenciana and the European Consumer Centre in Spain. Competent judicial remedies remain available.
